What this leaves out
Why the real number will differ
Only flights between participating States count, and participation changes by year. Your emissions on covered routes may be well below total international emissions.
From 2030 part of the requirement is calculated on your own growth rather than the sector’s. This estimator uses a single factor.
The obligation is built on your verified Annual Emissions Report and the monitoring method in your approved Emissions Monitoring Plan.
Only CORSIA Eligible Emissions Units with the right vintage and a corresponding adjustment discharge the obligation.
